STOW-TT is a joint initiative of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago (ECTT), the Point Lisas Energy Association (PLEA) and the Association of Upstream Operators of Trinidad &amp; Tobago (AUOTT), to prequalify contractors in the energy sector, in a consistent manner.
